Our Employer

Methodology

The process starts with our client raising a demand. As per the convenience of the client an interview date is settled upon. After the interview date is decided we with the help of our network that sprawls around the nation, our extensive data bank and our team marketing professionals develop an inventory for the suitable candidates. To make sure that we get the maximum turn up we publicize across media. After we have got the response the candidates are called upon and are validated and interviewed by the client on the decided date. We provide an environment where our client can select their skilled set of workers in the most efficient and reposed manner. The chosen lot is then put through proficient training so that they can further sharpen their skills. After this we apply for the paper work of the job seeker. The medicals are done and the outcomes are duly sent to the client, succeeding which they apply for visas. After receiving the visas we get the candidate’s emigration done. The candidate then is prepared and assisted throughout the travel process. Before they depart they are provided with an orientation session in which they are briefed about their duties and responsibilities and also the work environment.
